It is during implementation phase the business objectives identified during Evaluation phase, are put on paper and get transitioned from paper to the system. This is done using a structured and tested ASAP methodology. If the project is an international or multi-site implementation, then Global ASAP approach is used. This is done by customizing enterprise solution with a specific cost effective rollout strategy. The objective is to bring in standardization of processes, documents and selective data centrally from across the world.

Vanguard has developed high-level work plans and rollout strategies that enable it to deliver pre-configured SAP solutions within 16 weeks of project start date. A project plan contains implementation / rollout strategy, cut over plan and key activities including main deliverables.
