Cadila Pharmaceuticals Ltd. is a leading Pharmaceutical Company exporting its products to many countries. The company decided to Implement and re-engineer its business process and engaged services of EDS on a turnkey basis. A.T.Kearney the business consultancy company recommended SAP R/3. As a result EDS integrated the business processes by implementing SAP R/3 version 4.0B.

Post SAP R/3 Implementation, EDS were required to produce the Key performance Indicator reports for measuring business process improvements. EDS commissioned Vanguard Technologies to understand and develop KPI reports in SAP as recommended by A.T.Kearney as part of BPR fulfillment process. The assignment was challenging since the need was to complete the assignment of 30 complex reports within 30 days. Vanguard Technologies mobilized its team of resources comprising senior SAP consultants comprising a project manager, functional consultants and developers who worked with the core team and business process owners to achieve the desired goal satisfactorily.
