Erhardt + Leimer (India) Ltd. is a subsidiary and a manufacturing facility for Erhardt + Leimer Germany, specialist for system solutions and automation technology as one of the leading manufacturers of control equipment for the textile, paper, corrugated, plastics, tire, rubber and non-woven industries.  

One year after E+L India had implemented SAP R/3 as a part of their global strategy to implement best practices in manufacturing and accounting to optimize use of resources, it commissioned Vanguard Technologies for evaluation and consulting guidance for inventory and valuation. The issues that remain un-addressed after go live require thorough product configuration and business process knowledge to be able to  solve effectively and efficiently. Vanguard commissioned a team of their experienced MM, PP, FI module consultants to provide effective consulting guidance to resolve the issues.

The findings and suggestions were based on discussions, interaction, study of configuration, analysis and observations, development of ABAP query and use of standard SAP reports. The reports were submitted to senior management that covered  Objective, problem observed, recommended actions, and advice on need for system improvement.
