HELP DESK
Vanguard’s SAP Help Desk has been set up at Ahmedabad and Bangalore, India. The Help Desk is equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and facilities, ensuring highest levels of system security and reliability for its customers.
The offshore Center consists of trained application specialists and programmers operating out of Vanguard’s facilities in India. As required Vanguard will depute another team to operate from the client’s office. The SAP Help Desk team links up to the client’s offices and servers via broadband links and dedicated communication lines and work in the same environment as the client’s Implementation core team.
